If you chose the wrong store type when downloading the Syncio app (source instead of destination store or viceversa) you'll need to uninstall and reinstall the app with the correct store type.

Once downloaded the store type will show on the top right on your Syncio dashboard.

If you already have synced products and want to swap the store type

  1. Use Shopify CSV file backup or a backup app.

  2. Use Syncio's Unsync and Keep feature to disconnect products before uninstall.

Uninstalling Syncio will not affect your products, we recommend making backups in case of a Shopify API issue during the uninstallation process.

Swapping source and destination types will change the relationship of your synced products. For example:

A former destination product turned into a source product will now be treated as the master product.
