We have free versions of our Basic Plans and add-ons!

First 25 products are for free on our Basic Plan

  • This means you can sync or map up to 25 products before needing to upgrade to a paid monthly plan.

  • Perfect for merchants who are starting out or stores that have a small catalog.


Syncio Add-ons Information

1) Product Settings Add-on

Only the Auto-Remove Variant option is for free on the Product Settings add on

  • What does Auto-Remove Variant feature do?

    • Syncio will automatically clean up any deleted variants whenever the source store deletes it.

    • We recommend turning on this feature on to protect against oversell.

2) Orders Add-on

You can push 5 orders per month are for free on the Orders add on

  • Need to send a copy of an order containing synced products to source store to fulfill?

  • Click into the Orders tab to manually push orders containing a synced product.

    • The auto push feature is available on the pro version.

3) Payouts Add-on

First 5 payouts per month are free on the Payouts add on

  • Need to calculate how much commission you need to pay your suppliers?

  • Syncio payouts collects and calculates every fulfilled order.

4) How do I change to a Free or Paid plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade as needed at any moment by accessing your Plan and Billing page.

  • One your Syncio homepage, click the Plan and billing link on the Your account card.

    or

  • On the bottom left, where you can see your Syncio account activity counters. Click the Manage button to access the Plan and billing page

Once you are are in the Plan and billing page:

  • Step 1: select a base plan

    • If there is no change, ensure your current plan is still selected

  • Step 2: upgrade add-ons

    • Pick between free or the paid pro versions

  • Step 3: Review and approve subscription
