Source Store pricing has been carefully designed to grow with your business, with no fixed subscription fee. Source Store pricing is performance-based for each month.
How does the Source Store plan work
The performance-based plan uses ‘Orders with synced products’ to calculate the final plan each month.

💡 Remains free for the month if 10 or less orders with synced products are sold
Every month starts free for the first 10 orders
If you have 10 or less orders in a monthly billing period, the plan remains free for that month.
The Plan upgrades based on tiers after the 11th order in the billing period.
At the end of the month, the plan resets to Free and ‘Orders with synced products’ resets to 0.
This means that Syncio remains free until a Source Store makes additional revenue in a monthly billing cycle from Destination Store's making orders with your synced products.
💡What are ‘orders with synced products’
An order with synced products is when a Destination Store makes a sale that includes at least one product that has been synced from your Source Store.
If one order contains multiple synced products, this only counts as one order.
Any order that is made on your own storefront does not count.
An order counts regardless of whether a Destination Store uses the Orders Add-on to push orders to a connected Source Store.

Setting up the plan in Shopify and Woo
Existing source store users migrating to plan in January 2025
1. On January 6th, you’ll be prompted to approve the Source Store plan via the Syncio app and over email
2. When you click to approve, you will be redirected to Shopify or Woo
💡When approving your subscription in Shopify, Shopify requires you to pre-authorise the highest tier of $99. Rest assured, you’ll only be billed for what you use each monthly billing period
3.The monthly billing period will start counting
4. At the end of the monthly billing period Shopify will automatically charge you for the Syncio plan (if on a paid tier).
Existing Universal Store migrating to plan in January 2025
As a Universal Store (available for Shopify stores only), you will have both a Destination Store subscription plan and a Source Store usage plan. This billing will be combined on your Shopify billing.
1. On January 6th, you'll be prompted to approve your combined billing plan on Shopify via the Syncio app and over email
2. When you click approve, you will be redirected to Shopify

How to know your plan tier for the month
Orders with synced products count
You can see your ‘orders with synced products’ count for the billing period so far in your Syncio app in the bottom left corner.
Plan details
At the end of the billing period, Syncio will email you with details on your plan for the billing period.
