If the destination store has the Order add on enabled, any paid order containing a synced product from your source store will be sent directly to your Shopify account for fulfilment purposes.

Available only on the Shopify integration

These will appear on the source store as normal Shopify orders and will have tags with:

  • The name of the destination store.

  • The order number from the destination store.

  • The shipping type.

It will also include under additional notes if the subtotal includes the tax or not (depending on the destination store's tax settings).

There is a Shopify limitation where only tags with under 40 characters can included in the pushed orders

When the source store marks the order as fulfilled and add in the tracking ID, Syncio will send the tracking info back to the original order on the destination store automatically.
