If it is Shopify POS, then yes it will work with Syncio. Orders from POS are recognised like an online order and will trigger Syncio to sync that inventory adjustment to the connected stores.

Normal conditions apply to your Shopify POS for Syncio to work properly:

- Order contains synced product(s)

- Order is fully paid. For pending payment orders, please contact support.

If you are using a 3rd party POS, please contact support to help. We may need to configure Syncio to play nicely with the POS.

Please note that local pickup shipping method through POS is not compatible with Syncio currently.
