πŸ’‘ Syncio remains free if less than 10 orders with synced products are sold* in a month

Source Store pricing overview

Source Store pricing has been carefully designed to grow with your business, with no fixed subscription fee. Source Store pricing is performance-based for each monthly billing cycle.

*What metric is performance based on?

Performance is based on the number orders with synced products in a monthly billing period.

What qualifies as an "order with synced products"?: An order with synced products is when a Destination Store makes a sale that includes at least one product that has been synced from your Source Store.

How does the Source Store plan work?

Every month starts free

At the beginning of each monthly billing cycle, your Source Store usage starts on the Free tier with orders with synced products* reset to 0.

At the end of each monthly billing cycle, we’ll determine the tier based on the total orders with synced products during the billing cycle.

You’ll only ever pay when there are more than 10 orders with synced products in the monthly billing period. If you have less than 10 orders with synced products in the monthly billing period then Syncio remains free for that billing cycle.

This means that Syncio remains free until a Source Store makes additional revenue in a monthly billing cycle from Destination Store's making orders with your synced products.

Source Store performance-based tiers

Performance-based tiers are automatically determined at the end of each monthly billing cycle and billed by Shopify.

After the Free tier, there are three paid tiers capped at $99/month.

Source Store pricing examples

Example order containing multiple items and products

  1. A Destination Store syncs Product X and Product Y from Supplier A.

  2. The Destination Store receives one order containing the below items:

    • 10 qty of Product X

    • 3 qty of Product Y

  3. Since these items were within 1 order, it will only count as 1 'order with synced products' for Supplier A.

Free usage tier example

  1. Supplier A joins Syncio as a Source Store automatically starting on the Free tier

  2. Supplier A connects with a Destination Store who syncs its products

  3. By the end of the billing cycle, the Destination Store had 8 orders, with each order containing at least one product synced from Supplier A; totalling $800 in order value, in which Supplier A is paid $600 as part of its revenue sharing agreement with the Destination Store

  4. Supplier A remains on a Free tier and there is no charge for this billing cycle, since 8 orders with synced products falls within the Free usage tier.

Pro usage tier example

  1. At the start of the billing cycle, Supplier B’s plan resets to the Free tier

  2. Supplier B is connected to two Destination Stores who both sync its products

  3. By the end of the billing cycle, both Destination Stores have sold a combined total 550 orders with synced products from Supplier B; totalling $55,000 in order value, in which Supplier B is paid $41,250 as part of its revenue sharing agreement with each Destination Store

  4. During the billing cycle as there are orders with synced products, Supplier B upgrades from the Free tier to the Starter tier, and finally lands on the Pro tier; paying $49 after the billing cycle ends.

  5. At the start of the next billing cycle, Supplier B’s plan resets to the Free tier.
