πŸ’‘ Syncio remains free if less than 10 synced products are sold* in a month

Source Store pricing overview

Source Store pricing has been carefully designed to grow with your business, with no fixed subscription fee. Source Store pricing is based on your usage for each monthly billing cycle.

*What is usage based on?

Usage is based on synced products sold.

What qualifies as a "synced product sold"?: A synced product sold is when a Destination Store makes a sale for a product that has been synced from your Source Store.

How does the Source Store plan work?

Every month starts free

At the beginning of each monthly billing cycle, your Source Store usage starts on the Free tier with synced products sold* reset to 0.

At the end of each monthly billing cycle, we’ll determine the tier based on the total synced products sold during the billing cycle.

You’ll only ever pay when there are more than 10 synced products sold in the monthly billing period. If you have less than 10 synced products sold in the monthly billing period then Syncio remains free for that billing cycle.

This means that Syncio remains free until a Source Store makes additional revenue in a monthly billing cycle from Destination Store's selling its synced products.

Source Store usage tiers

Usage tiers are automatically determined at the end of each monthly billing cycle and billed by Shopify.

After the Free usage tier, there are three paid usage tiers capped at $99/month.

Approving subscription in Shopify

When approving your subscription in Shopify, Shopify requires you to pre-authorise the highest tier of $99.

Rest assured, you’ll only be billed for what you use each monthly billing period.

When does Source Store pricing come into effect?

Source Store pricing applies to new Shopify Source Stores from 12th Aug 2024.

For existing Shopify Source Stores and for new and existing Woo Source Stores, pricing will take effect in the coming months.
