At the moment, Syncio cannot make a store both source and destination.

Our current setup requires that one store be the 'Source store' that holds the master inventory and the other store be the 'Destination store' that wants to sync inventory from the source store to list on their store.

We are working on making this happen in the future and will be sure to keep you updated.
