Install Syncio on your WordPress/ WooCommerce Store

Syncio is an automated cross-platform product and inventory syncing that works for both Shopify and WooCommerce online stores. 🌟 To get started, access the Syncio WooCommerce Plugin using the steps below and then follow the steps to start syncing products and inventory:

Install Syncio to your WordPress Store and register with Syncio

✏️ Pro tip! Log into your WooCommerce/ WordPress store's admin first to make installation a breeze.

  1. Once logged into your WordPress admin. On the left navbar, click "Plugins" and the "Add Plugin"

  2. In the search bar, type "syncio"

  3. Click to 'Install Now' for the plugin to start the installation process.

  4. Then click 'Activate Plugin'

  5. You will now see 'Syncio' in your menu bar. Click on 'Syncio'

  6. Click 'Approve permissions'

  7. Click 'Approve' to give Syncio the appropriate permissions to connect to your store.

  8. You'll be redirected back to your WordPress site automatically. Click 'Register to Syncio' to set up your account.

  9. Follow the steps to register your account and choose your Store type. Not sure what Store type you are? See more details about the different store types here.

  10. After picking a store type, you'll need to select a billing plan depending on your needs. For more details about pricing refer here.

  11. Once a plan has been selected. Click 'Go to Syncio' to start using the app and saving time!

In the 'Syncio' plugin on your Wordpress site, you'll see a 'Requirements check' list.

This is a helpful checklist we've provided to make sure your components are all set up correctly in order to use the Syncio app.

βœ… These should all have a green tick, which indicates that your components are all set up correctly in order to use the Syncio app.

❌ If you notice that one of these does not have the green tick, this just means it will need to be fixed. Check the 'How to fix' column for details on how to fix the component.

Troubleshooting issues with the app

If you're experiencing issues with Syncio you can come back to the plugin in Wordpress and click 'Run check' to check for any issues.

If all the components have a green tick in the Status, then you can reach out to our friendly Customer Support team in-app who can help.
