Will I get an email notification for syncing existing products with the Bulk Mapper?

Yes, once your Bulk Mapping is complete, Syncio will send an email confirmation with the total number of products successfully synced from your Source store to your Destination store.

While the mapping is in progress, you can monitor the status in the following ways:

  • Sync Products Tab – Check the sync status of each product. A product showing a ‘Synced’ status has been successfully mapped.

  • 🔄 Refresh Icon – In the Sync Products tab, there’s a refresh icon next to the search bar (“Search products by name, ID, tag or SKU”). Clicking this updates product sync statuses in real time—helpful if you’re waiting for a status to change.

  • 🕵️‍♀️ Activity Center – Located in the left-hand menu of your Destination store. This is the first place to check if products aren’t syncing or return mapping errors. You’ll see a list of time-stamped events, product names, and notes describing what happened along with the recommended action to fix the issue.

If any products fail to sync, they’ll be listed in the Activity Center with a brief explanation—such as duplicate SKUs or mismatched SKUs.
