Starting February 6th, most Syncio stores will sync orders as they are created.

What is the Instant Order Update?

Instant Orders expands Syncio out-of-the-box compatibility with most order creation processes, without the need for you to manage complicated settings.

This means more orders will just work with Syncio with no fuss!

Here are the main two changes to expect:

  1. As soon as any new destination store order is created or placed. Syncio will start syncing stock adjustments to the source store immediately.

  2. Additionally if the auto-push for orders is turned on, Syncio will also push orders as soon as any order has been created.

This includes:

  • Orders marked as paid or pending payment.

  • Any orders created by a third party app or imported orders.

Shopify draft orders still need to be converted into a paid or pending payment order before Syncio can action.

Note: some third party app orders may still require a custom integration to be made. We recommend checking orders and syncing actions whenever you install a new app.


What if I don’t want instant order syncing?

We can revert your account back to the original system where:

  • Syncio will only start the sync (stock and order pushing) when an order is marked as paid.

Simply send us a message at: [email protected] and request to be excluded from the instant orders update.
