Available for all integrations.

Syncio requires unique SKUs for each variant in order to sync inventory and product information correctly.

If a product you are trying to sync contains a duplicate SKU, Syncio will assign this status to the product:

You will need update the original source product's duplicate SKUs to be unique or contact the source store to do so.

For example, here are two variants with the same SKU:

In order to make this product valid for syncing, the duplicate must be updated to be unique:
​

Once the source product has been updated. Try syncing the product with the: Attention status again.
